ABOUT RE-DISCOVER ME

Re-Discover ME was born in the halls of Midland Technical College, where Dr. Juanita Britt McDonald and her classmates would gather to discuss and navigate personal challenges. Since our founding, we have dedicated ourselves to serving underserved communities in Columbia, South Carolina, impacting over 2,000 women, teen girls, and community leaders.

Remarkably, 72% of the women we've worked with have made significant personal life changes. Our reach extends beyond in-person interactions, with substantial engagement through social media and a 98% success rate in individual and group counseling sessions. Today, our services have expanded nationwide across the United States.

Our statistics reveal that 1 in 3 women (30%) experience some form of abuse, leading to trauma and mental health disparities. At Re-Discover ME, we provide survivors with the tools and techniques needed to manage their healing journey. Our programs are designed to empower women to rediscover the “ME” they aspire to be, fostering resilience and personal growth
